The St. Joe Company takes an active role in the business of the Foundation. Each member brings a point of reference that ensures our mission is carried out. The Board of Trustees is comprised of the following people, none of whom receives compensation from Foundation:

Jorge Gonzalez

Board Member and Chief Executive Officer, The St. Joe Company

Jorge Gonzalez, President and Chief Executive Officer of The St. Joe Company, has been with the company since 2002 and has over 26 years of continuous experience in various planning and real estate related roles. Mr. Gonzalez holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Florida State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on various community boards and organizations including the FSU Panama City Campus Development Board, the Bay County Economic Development Alliance, the Northwest Florida Manufacturer’s Council, Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center, and Enterprise Florida.

Ken Borick

Board Member and General Counsel, The St. Joe Company

Ken Borick serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Borick leads a team that is responsible for all of the Company's legal affairs. Mr. Borick has over twenty years of legal experience which began with the private practice of law in South Carolina. Mr. Borick then spent seven years with The Walt Disney Company prior to joining St. Joe in 2000. Mr. Borick graduated cum laude from the Wake Forest University School of Law and has an undergraduate business degree from Clemson University.

 

Rhea Goff

Board Member and Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, The St. Joe Company

Rhea Goff is the Chief Administrative Officer and a Vice President for The St. Joe Company. Rhea began working with St. Joe in 2003 as an HR Assistant at WaterColor Inn & Resort focusing on human resources for St. Joe's resort and club operations in Walton and Bay Counties. In 2005, Rhea's role expanded to a corporate position managing human resources for the Northwest Florida region, and later, company-wide. Rhea is now responsible for oversight of all HR operations throughout the company.  She also oversees a variety of St. Joe corporate-related matters.   Rhea earned her Bachelors Degree from Florida State University in 2001. Rhea also serves on the St. Joe Community Foundation Board.
