The Park District at WaterColor

You already love vacationing in the award-winning WaterColor community, and if you are considering moving here, now there’s even more to love… The Park District neighborhood, with a focus on primary living, is the final chapter in the WaterColor community story. Featuring 41 custom homesites, the Park District homes will be vacation rental restricted, making it the ideal enclave for primary living and true second home ownership.

The Park District is adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park and the WaterColor Crossings shopping center which includes a grocery, restaurants and other services. Park District residents will have access to all of the existing amenities offered in the WaterColor community, including the sugar-sand beaches of South Walton, the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, miles of trails and multitude of parks. In addition, the Park District neighborhood will be home to a neighborhood pool open to WaterColor homeowners only.

How do I purchase a homesite?

The Offer Window for the first release of homesites has now closed. The next release of homesites will begin on October 26, 2020 at 12pm (Central).
