Steven Conley, owner of LakeRidge Homes, Inc., an independently operated Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise, is an accomplished and well-recognized luxury homebuilder in Central Florida. A second-generation homebuilder, Steve earned a BS degree from Furman University in South Carolina, and a Master’s degree from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. Joining Steve is Building Company president Bud Cordero, whose family has been active in real estate for several generations developing land throughout Central Florida. Bud a graduate of the University of South Florida, started with Arthur Rutenberg in 1990 as a Construction Manager in Parkland, Florida, then moved to Orlando where he served as Vice President of Construction and later as Director of Operations for Volusia County. Prior to joining Arthur Rutenberg Homes, he worked for 10 years in Houston, for several large homebuilders. Both the Conley and Cordero families reside in Volusia County. LakeRidge Homes, Inc. was recently named “2006 Builder of the Year” by Volusia County Home Builder’s Association.
