SummerCamp Beach has commenced construction with on and offsite infrastructure construction underway. We have begun active development, such as building roads, in the fall of 2005, and construction on the first home is now complete. 

During the past several months we have:

• opened a state of the art Sales Center, Beach Club, and Restaurant;
• completed all Phase 1 Road Construction
• built 2,600 lineal feet of boardwalks;
• begun landscaping throughout the community;
• nearly completed construction of a model home;
• completed construction of a certified and operational water plant.
