Accessibility to the river is the cornerstone of the RiverTown philosophy, and a key embodiment of this philosophy will be Riverfront Park -- a spacious 58-acre centralized portal to the beautiful St. Johns River. Designed to be enjoyed not just by residents but also by the public from the surrounding regions, Riverfront Park will be a link between RiverTown and the water, offering a peaceful setting for the enjoyment of the scenic, natural beauty.

The community park, a 100-acre active recreation park, will include multiple ball fields and multi-use fields as well as a concession stand with restroom facilities.  The park will be available for use by all residents of St. Johns County. 

An 18-hole championship golf course (designed by Clyde Johnston) and clubhouse are minutes away at St. Johns Golf & Country Club.

Tucked throughout RiverTown is an abundance of neighborhood parks known as pocket parks.  All told, land reserved for these small retreats will exceed 85 acres.
