St. Joe Announces 'WaterSound Living' Owner Experience Program for New WaterSound Home Site Buyers
Benefits include multiple stays at WaterSound Beach GateHouse Residences and two-year membership at WaterSound Beach Club until residences are complete

WaterSound, FL. (July 21, 2008) – The St. Joe Company today announced a new "WaterSound Living" owner experience program for home site buyers who purchase on or after July 1, 2008, at WaterSound, the newest community in the town of WaterSound.

The new program, available for only a limited time, allows buyers to experience multiple weeklong stays (with reservations) for a nominal fee in one-bedroom luxury GateHouse Residences at WaterSound Beach while their WaterSound homes are being built. A two-year membership to the private WaterSound Beach Club is also included with the purchase.

The 10 available GateHouse Residences feature gourmet eat-in kitchens and stunning views of WaterSound Beach from the second and third floors. Amenities include a full-service post office, a rental check-in office, a gourmet food market and a fitness center, all in close proximity to Scenic Highway 30-A's shops and restaurants, as well as the private Tom Fazio–designed Camp Creek Golf Club.

The WaterSound Beach Club is set among the rolling dunes of WaterSound Beach, with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and private access to an exclusive beach. The club features two Har-Tru hydro tennis courts; a 7,000-square-foot, free-form swimming pool with a special children's area and bubble jet feature; generous terraces, including 14,000 square feet of pool decks and sprawling green lawns for sunbathing or children's play; and a full-service restaurant with exhibition kitchen, indoor/outdoor terrace dining and full-service bar.

About WaterSound: At WaterSound, plans call for approximately 999 single-family home sites and 256 multifamily residences, connected by an extensive pedestrian trail system that is ideal for walking and biking. Many homes will be within walking distance of the centrally located Village Commons, a gathering spot for residents to enjoy a light lunch, spend a day beside the community pool, engage in a workout at the fitness room and check the day's mail at the post office. A short stroll from Village Commons is the Davis Love III–designed Origins golf course, which is ideal for a quick round in the evening or a casual family golf outing.
WaterSound sits between the Intracoastal Waterway and Lake Powell, one of the world's rare dune lakes, fed by both rainwater and meandering tides, perfect for freshwater and saltwater fishing. The master plan is being designed by New York–based Hart/Howerton & Associates and Atlanta-based Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh.
