Acclaimed Fish Out of Water Restaurant Offers Prix Fixe Valentine's Day Menu
Santa Rosa Beach, FL (January 26, 2009) – Sitting on a picturesque white sand beach on Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast, the AAA Four Diamond WaterColor Inn & Resort is celebrating the most romantic day of the year with its "Four Diamond Valentine" vacation package, complete with beachfront accommodations, a three-course gourmet dinner, relaxing spa treatments and more.
The "Four Diamond Valentine" package will easily set the mood for a romantic rendezvous. Rooms at the intimate 60-room WaterColor Inn overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and boast spacious balconies, which are perfect for watching the sunset. Savory options include local blue crab fritters drizzled with citrus dressing, tender Harris Ranch beef filet, and a short rib accompanied by baby root vegetables and potato puree.
Sweets for your sweetie are also on the menu with a choice of a chocolate and strawberry parfait or meyer lemon semi-freddo for dessert. Specialty Valentine's Day cocktails will be offered to enhance the dining experience, and ladies will receive complimentary sparkling wine.
