DR. ZARR’S AMAZING FUNK MONSTER TO PERFORM FREE CONCERT AUGUST 15 AT WATERCOLOR’S MARINA PARK AMPHITHEATER

Santa Rosa Beach, Fla (Aug. 8, 2008) Dr. Zarr’s Amazing Funk Monster, one of the South’s most popular party bands, will light up the stage at WaterColor’s Marina Park Amphitheater for a free public concert on Friday, Aug. 15 from 7 pm to 11 pm

The Memphis-based group has been entertaining fans of all ages for the past decade, featuring a variety of sounds, from ’70s disco to ’80s glam rock. With costume changes, great tunes and beaming lights, the upbeat, fun and energetic band will get crowds on their feet.

Get into the spirit of the night and come dressed in your favorite bellbottoms, leisure suit or acid-washed jeans. Prizes will be awarded for the funkiest attire.

WaterColor’s Marina Park Amphitheater is conveniently located off Highway 30-A at 34 Goldenrod Circle in Santa Rosa Beach. Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lot of the WaterColor Inn. The amphitheater offers a cash bar and lawn seating. Blankets, folding chairs and outside snacks and drinks are permitted. No pets, glass or large coolers are allowed.
