The
four neighborhoods that make up Victoria Park are all connected through the
Art of Living program and its on-site director, providing family-friendly activities
and helpful advice, whether it's about finding a lawn service or a great restaurant
or simply directions to a neighboring beach. Art of Living provides
social and cultural enrichment programs and unites the community through various
events, newsletters and a neighborhood website where residents can
interact with one another and discuss issues regarding their individual neighborhoods
and the community.
Neighborhoods in Victoria Park Include:

Victoria Gardens: This gated village is a place for active adults to enjoy a carefree way of life. It is an age-restricted community for adults 55 and above with its own private club and pool.

Victoria Commons: Townhomes and single-family homes are nestled among tree-lined streets, bike paths and walking trails. Often referred to as the social centerpiece of the community because the community pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts and village center are in this neighborhood.
