Chef Chris Hastings leads host Jason Shoultz on a clamming trip to Alligator Harbor. When the trip concludes, Hastings prepares a delicious Forgotten Coast meal at SummerCamp Beach's SummerBreeze model home.

Chris Hastings is chef and co-owner with his wife Idie, of the Hot and Hot Fish Club. The restaurant located in Birmingham, Alabama has earned a reputation for serving some of the finest, freshest dishes in the region. To learn more about the Hot and Hot Fish Club, visit their official website.

Hastings was also a culinary consultant for WaterColor's award-winning Fish Out of Water restaurant.
