The St. Joe Company Has Chosen the Naumann Group to Provide Real Estate Services at JOE's SouthWood and SummerCamp Beach Communities
Tallahassee, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2008) – The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) announced today that the Naumann Group will be providing real estate services for its SouthWood and SummerCamp Beach communities. The Naumann Group will operate offices from the SouthWood Sales and Information Center at Town Center and the SummerCamp Beach Sales Center.
In addition to providing a full range of residential sales and marketing services, the Naumann Group will sell SouthWood's and SummerCamp Beach's custom home sites and provide resale services.
