WaterColor's Town Center offers a great variety of locally owned shops, including the popular WaterColor Store, featuring stylish logo apparel, gifts and accessories; Old Florida Outfitter's; Barefoot Princess; and the newly opened Blue Giraffe Gift Shop.

Seaside is a picture-perfect little town just a half mile from WaterColor where you can reach shops, restaurants, art galleries and other establishments by foot or bicycle. Ruskin Place is considered to be the "artist's colony" of Seaside. Here you will find art galleries, a coffee shop and an interior design shop. In the heart of WindMark Beach Village Center, Joseph's Cottage features a collection of several home furnishings lines and decor, each with a unique style. Just nine miles from WindMark Beach, the quaint downtown area on Reid Avenue is home to many specialty shops and restaurants, as well as the Port Theatre.
