WaterColor's Town Center offers a great variety of locally owned shops, including the popular WaterColor Store, featuring stylish logo apparel, gifts and accessories; Old Florida Outfitter's; Barefoot Princess; and the newly opened Blue Giraffe Gift Shop.

Seaside is a picture-perfect little town just a half mile from WaterColor where you can reach shops, restaurants, art galleries and other establishments by foot or bicycle. Ruskin Place is considered to be the "artist's colony" of Seaside. Here you will find art galleries, a coffee shop and an interior design shop. In all, more than 50 Seaside shops offer wonderful treasures and mementos from a coastal retreat.

Just 20 miles west of WaterColor near Sandestin, Silver Sands is the nation's largest designer outlet center with over 100 designer-name stores like Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, J.Crew, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Michael Kors, Gap, Polo, Nautica, Viking, Coach and more. Just minutes from WaterSound, Rosemary Beach's town center features shopping, eating establishments from fine dining to ice cream and coffee shops, a day spa, and a bike path along 30-A. The green spaces provide ideal settings for playing croquet or bocce ball or just being a spectator.

Located about 10 minutes east of WaterSound, Pier Park is the premier shopping destination in Panama City Beach and surrounding areas, with approximately 1 million square feet of upscale, open-air shopping, dining and entertainment, including national brands as well as unique and locally owned shops.

In the heart of WindMark Beach Village Center, Joseph's Cottage features a collection of several home furnishings lines and decor, each with a unique style. The Fuss Boutique has a mixture of chic and feminine clothing with funky and classic new styles. Fit as a Fiddle, the new state-of-the-art fitness center, has top of the line equipment with personal televisions and earphone hook-ups, lockers, showers and changing rooms.

Just nine miles from WindMark Beach, the quaint downtown area on Reid Avenue is home to many specialty shops and restaurants, as well as the Port Theatre. This Art Deco treasure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in June 2003. Persnickety is a specialty boutique that has a collection of mini-boutiques inside the store. Apalachicola is a historic area near SummerCamp Beach and only 26 miles east of WindMark Beach. Visitors can spend time browsing through the city's unique galleries, stores and antique shops. Once the third-largest port on the Gulf of Mexico, Apalachicola has a diverse and colorful past that remains visible today.
