Koehnemann Construction also built the first certified green home (pictured right) in Bay County at 6324 Turkey Cove lane in RiverCamps. The subdivision was a perfect location for this home because RiverCamps was already one of the greenest developments in Bay County.
Preliminary plans are complete on the Upside Down house which will be the first handicap accessible home in RiverCamps. This plan is ideal for aging homeowners and/or their physically restricted parents.
